  just got back from Bib and Tucker,the woman was so rude,condescending and patronising,constantly made excuses,i asked her how she washed it and she said it was none of my concern,refused dry cleaning refund back or any compensation,i bought this for my son for xmas £120 i told her this,no she said it costs £110! im gobsmacked by her attitude,she told me she would have to get a form off her insurers and send the jacket off for analysis which would cost £200,she then said it would come back as not her fault and i would have to pay the £200! i told her if i wanted to cold wash it i would have done it myself and that as she was meant to be a pro i thought better to take it to her,they have ruined my sons jacket,hes gutted,they turned it bloody blue!
